Many of the women I work with carry immense responsibilities within familial, relational, professional, and societal systems that often ask far more of them than they receive in return.

Therapy offers one protected hour each week that's devoted to you, a space where your perspective and your well-being take priority.

I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, motherhood, ADHD, life transitions, and the many competing demands that can make it difficult to prioritize their own mental and emotional well-being.

Supporting a child's well-being often begins with supporting you.

I enjoy supporting women throughout motherhood, from pregnancy and postpartum, to parenting young children and teenagers, to launching young adults.

Online therapy and parenting sessions provide dedicated time to talk through what's happening in your family, better understand your child's emotional and developmental needs, and identify practical strategies that fit your family and your life.

Online Relationship Therapy for Men

When working with men, I focus on the relationships that matter most. You already have what it takes, let's help you use your strengths more intentionally and effectively to build those relationships.

My work with men primarily focuses on relationships with partners and children, including communication, parenting concerns, changing parent-child dynamics, and identifying practical steps toward becoming the father and/or partner you want to be.

As a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide secure telehealth therapy to clients throughout Florida.

Online appointments are available to clients in Orlando, Winter Park, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Port St. Lucie, Pensacola, and other communities throughout the state.

You don't need to live near my Winter Park office to work with me. If you're located in Florida at the time of your appointment, we can meet online.

Is Online Therapy Right for Me?

Online therapy may be especially helpful if you prefer the convenience and privacy of attending sessions from home, have a demanding work or parenting schedule, travel frequently within Florida, or simply don't live close to my Winter Park office.

Our sessions are still personal, collaborative, and focused on you. The primary difference is that we'll meet through secure video rather than sitting together in the same office.
